Rent is calculated at 30% of each resident’s gross income, which allows families the opportunity to attain self-sufficiency and to pursue life-goals such as an advanced education. In the past year, 89% of the head-of-households in Wiley Reynolds Gardens Apartments were employed full-time.
Program fact: In 2009, The Florida Redevelopment Association awarded Wiley Reynolds Gardens Apartments with the prestigious Roy Kenzie Award for Outstanding Affordable Housing Project in the state of Florida.
