Holiday Adopter Program & Santa Shoppe
2019 Holiday Adopter Program
Adopt-A-Family is looking for Holiday Adopters to support our families during the holiday season as they work towards stability and self-sufficiency. You can provide tangible support to families who wouldn’t otherwise have the ability to afford holiday gifts in two ways:
1 – Donate money that will be used to purchase gift cards to give parents the joy of selecting holiday gifts for their children. Your donation will empower a family to select the items they need and want most.
2 – Purchase gifts for each family member directly from their wish list.
For both options, we recommend a donation of $75-$100 per family member.
Sign up today by filling out the Holiday Adopter Donor Form. Email your completed donor form to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 561-253-1370. Our receipt of your completed donor form will be confirmation of your program participation. Family profiles matched to your donation preferences will be sent to you in November.
Questions? Please call Maria Evangelista at 561-253-1361, ext. 1070 or email email@example.com.
Thank you to all of our Adopters for bringing holiday joy to families in need year after year.
Santa Shoppe 2019
On Saturday, December 14, over 300 children and their families from Adopt-A-Family’s programs will attend a very special holiday party. All children will receive a personalized gift from Santa in addition to crafts, face painting, and lunch in a festive atmosphere. In order to truly experience the joy of giving, the children are paired with volunteer personal shoppers to select and wrap gifts for their parents and siblings as well.
We are looking for individuals willing to purchase gifts from a child’s wish list ($30 max). Santa Claus himself will present the gift to the child to preserve the magic of the holidays.
We are also looking for volunteers for the event which will take place from 8:30am-2:00pm in West Palm Beach.
