Annual Better Ball Invitational Golf Tournament

On May 3rd, 2019, the agency will hold the Eighth Annual Better Ball Invitational. The event will be held at the pristine Banyan Cay Golf Club, and all proceeds will benefit Adopt-A-Family in our efforts to help families in need. Banyan Cay is a new Jack Nicklaus Signature Design with gently moving fairways, various water features, and an outstanding practice area. Attendees will enjoy an afternoon of golf, including the club’s 18 multi-level holes with carts and forecaddies, cocktails, delicious hors d’oeuvers, and fabulous prizes.

Adopt-A-Family is looking forward to this enjoyable day all in support of the work the agency does.

2018 Tournament Recap

On May 3, the Seventh Annual Better Ball Invitational benefitting Adopt-A-Family was played at the nationally recognized Dye Preserve Golf Club in Jupiter. One hundred players enjoyed an afternoon of lunch, 18 holes of golf, delicious hors d’oeuvres, and an award ceremony to wrap up the festivities. Bryan Appel & Tom Falkner were the winning team.

Congratulations to the tournament committee—Sean Bresnan, Jeff Preston, Joe Carron, Joe LaRocca Jr., Frank Bresnan, Gary Pohrer, Tom Frankel, and Ned Grace for planning such a successful event, and fun day of golf.
